Custom Harness Builder

I ordered a custom Cadillac, prior to this I had a custom titan harness that I had fixed cadillac leg loops on that I still like to this day but it is getting worn out so I decided to order a new one and they don't do custom Titan harnesses anymore, for that matter they really don't do custom anything. I had tried to get fixed leg loops on my Cadillac - no go, I wanted leg loops that could be removed (it's more comfortable to sleep this way for big wall) also a no go. Mind you I had both of the requested features on a previous harness. Aside from the custom requests that they no longer do I got my harness and my wife's in the mail not as ordered, I ordered clearly on their form with non quick adjust and double pass; I got both harnesses with quick adjust. It took them 4 months to get me my custom harnesses not as even specified in my order. Lastly the new custom sewing looks horrible, they used to fold over the material that was cut and sew this and now it is just sewn on and looks like someone cut the material out with a pair of fiskar scissors. Hopefully you bring your products back to where they once were, a huge disappointment!
